Broccoli Stalk Salad

- 1 avocado
- 1 lg. mango
- 1 red bell pepper (2 small)
- 1 broccoli stock w/ skin and base removed
- 2-3 small tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 2-3 Tbs. chopped red onion
- 3 Tbs. green onion
- 1 – 2 handfuls of pumpkin seeds (pepitas) toasted
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- salt to taste
